This license terminates when the processing is complete and the result is delivered to you.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit to our Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit the User Content and that your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.

No Permanent Storage

We do not permanently store User Content submitted through our tools. Content is processed in real time and discarded after the result is delivered to your browser. We do not use your User Content to train AI models or for any purpose other than providing the requested service.

Our Service uses artificial intelligence models to generate output based on the content you submit. It is important that you understand the following regarding AI-generated content:

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies. We do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any output produced by our AI tools.
• Review Before Use: You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any AI-generated content before using it for any purpose. You should not rely on AI-generated content without independent verification, especially for critical, legal, medical, financial, or professional purposes.

The WayVIP name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of WayVIP or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Service are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You acknowledge that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from WayVIP or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WAYVIP, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service, including AI-generated content.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content or AI-generated output.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS. SINCE THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, THIS EFFECTIVELY LIMITS OUR LIABILITY TO ZERO DOLLARS ($0).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.
• Your use or misuse of any AI-generated content obtained through the Service.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by WayVIP. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Our Service uses third-party AI models and APIs to provide certain functionality. While we select our third-party providers carefully, we are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of these third-party services.

You acknowledge and agree that WayVIP shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available on or through any third-party websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
